For Consultations as related to Reinstatements, the Departments are encouraged to contact Chief of Psychological Services at (213) 433-7202.
As related to employees requesting a Reinstatement, they are encouraged to contact their respective Departmental Human Resources Manager, in order for the information to be requested and disseminated to them.
