The Countywide Wellness Challenge (CWC), Virtual Edition campaign offers employees the benefit of personalizing their wellness experience with virtual content designed to help meet overall health needs with the opportunity to earn rewards.

JOIN A LIVE WEBINAR. Once in the portal, go to the Wellness Education icon for a complete listing of CWC virtual activities. Webinars are categorized under six wellness dimensions to help you get started on your wellness plan. Next, select any webinar of your interest and register to attend the live virtual presentation. EARN UP TO $100 in REWARD CARDS* when you enroll for rewards in the Employee Wellness Portal and participate in CFC virtual activities. Earn a $50 reward card when you participate in 4 hours of live wellness webinars from April 6th through June 30th. Earn an additional $50 card when you participate in 4 hours of live wellness webinars from July 1st through September 30th. Participation credit is earned when you attend the entire duration of a webinar, engage in all polling questions, and complete the survey at the end of the presentation.
TRACK YOUR CREDITS TOWARD REWARDS. Once your webinar attendance and participation have been verified and uploaded to the Employee Wellness Portal , your earned credits will be posted under the Wellness Activities icon. You can also view your reward progress on the My Wellness Plan icon.

*Reward cards are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and while supplies last. An employee could complete all the requirements, but still not receive an award if all reward cards have been exhausted.
