10 Weeks of Wellness Challenges
Kickstart a new healthy habit for a chance to win prizes!
A 10-week wellness competition among individuals, teams, and Departments to kickstart employees toward a healthier lifestyle to meet their weight loss goals.
Form a team of 1 to 15 employees from the same department, designate a Team Captain, and start getting active! On-site, virtual, and hybrid teams are all welcome.
Team Captains are responsible for registering their team, tracking teammates’ progress, and submitting the team’s total weight during the initial, midpoint, and final weigh-ins. At the end of the challenge, the team with the greatest percentage of weight loss wins grand prize!
Join the Keep It Moving challenge and kick-start your journey to better health. Daily physical activity is a simple way to improve overall health and well-being and boost your energy levels.

Team members will track their activity using a fitness tracker and report their progress in the Employee Wellness Portal. Fitness activity will be converted to equivalent steps and will determine the prize winners!
Kickstart a fitness routine with as little as 5-minutes a day!
Employees will be challenged to complete a daily wellness blast class of their choosing on the Employee Wellness Portal. Classes vary from brief full-body workouts to Tai Chi with different ability levels and range from 5 to 16 minutes.
Employees will self-report completion of each class attended. Each completion results in an entry to win a prize. The more daily engagements, the greater chance of winning prizes!
