Kaiser Permanente (Kaiser)

  • Kaiser is providing the following flyers:
    • Member Updates
    • Mask Etiquette
    • Social Health Resource for California
  •  Kaiser sent text messages about new Kaiser COVID-19 hotline:
    • Members in the Southern California region recently received text messages directing them to the new Kaiser Permanente COVID19 (coronavirus) hotline at 1-877-813-7297 (available 24/7). As members wait in queue, they will hear a series of common questions and answers. Members will be directed to the appropriate care options after speaking with a Kaiser Permanente representative. 
  • During the week of May 7, 2020, Kaiser emailed members providing an update. See attached Member Updates flyer. Information included:
    • Latest update on the coronavirus
    • Kaiser’s approach to COVID-19
    • Kaiser’s online resource center was updated. For more information, members can visit org/coronavirus
    • Continuing coverage. Member can explore other coverage options by visiting org/continue 

 

 Anthem Blue Cross (Anthem)

The month of May is Mental Health Awareness Month.  Anthem is providing a new #MeMinutes toolkit of helpful resources for members to access in support of their well-being.  See attached flyer.

 

Cigna

  • Attached is a weekly summary flyer. Topics include:
    • Parachute RX – Cigna is launching a temporary new savings program, Express Scripts. Members and uninsured individuals can use Express Scripts Parachute RX to get discounts on thousands of widely used prescription medications.
    • Employee Status Change – Health Benefit Coverage Podcast – Individuals can listen to the podcast to hear options on obtaining coverage when work hours are reduced, or employees are furloughed or laid off.

 UnitedHealthcare

  •  UnitedHealthcare is providing two flyers:
    • COVID-19 Frequently Asked Questions
    • COVID-19 Testing Study – A random selection of over 100,000 Americans who will be invited to join the study conducted between UnitedHealth Group Research and Development and the Harvard School of Public Health. Purpose of the study is to understand the outbreak, infection rate, and other important epidemiology data.
