- Kaiser has introduced, Calm Afternoons, a four-week webinar series, designed to lower stress and reduce anxiety. Calm Afternoons are 30-minute afternoon sessions held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., beginning the week of November 9, 2020
